As a certified Yoga Therapist, I'm dedicated to supporting clients to take charge of their own health and well-being.
With in-depth trainings in Adaptive, Therapeutic Yoga and Trauma-informed Yoga, I develop an individualized care plan for clients immediate objectives and their overall well-being. I'm also fully HIPAA-compliant allowing me to connect with a client's medical providers, as needed, to ensure that I provide the safest and most appropriate and beneficial care.
Here's what you can expect during a Yoga Therapy Session
Check-in - how you're doing and catchup from prior session
Brief Centering Practice - to settle in for our time together
Session - based upon your care plan, your session will include movement, breath work and mindfulness practices. We'll complete with deep relaxation - either Yoga Nidra or a Guided Visualization.
Integration - between sessions, you'll have some things to practice to help you integrate what you've learned and experienced into your daily life.
